Is there a ballistic chart/graph somewhere for the AR platform for shooting a diffrent distances?
My next question is, my rifle is sighted in at 50 yrds. (1x9 twist if that matters) I was just wondering if I could get an idea of what kind of rise/drop I get at diffrent distances. I know at 100yrds its a couple inches high, what about 200? 300? etc. etc. Thanks. |

Most of it you can leave with the defaults.
Here's what to do: -Select your bullet from the dropdown -Enter your velocity -Change your sight height to approximately what your HOB is. It'll be around 2.8-3 inches for an Aimpoint set up for lower 1/3 cowitness. Go with 2.6 or so for iron sights -Enter your minimum/maximum range and your range increment -Enter your zero -Enter your approximate weather conditions Those are the only setting you really need to play with just to get going. The other stuff is there if you want more specific info. |

Someone posted this on the forum once and I saved a copy. Sorry, I don't know who to give credit to.
ETA: This chart came from Molon here. (10th post down) Thanks Molon for the information.
