I assume the M7 bayo fits fine on an M4 mid length barrel. How about on the M4 with the sight post set back from the muzzle. No workee? TIA

Unless it's a mid length, bayonets generally won't seat on 16'' barrels.

it'll fit loose since the flash hider wont be able to keep the bayonet in place
