How are these? I've been happy with CMMG in the past...

Is there a benefit to stainless? Any drawbacks? The same as any other LPK, except you get a silver-looking trigger?

No one?

If you're talking about the one from AIMSurplus.com it isn't made by CMMG.

If you are talking about one made my CMMG, I have no experience with it, sorry.

My regular CMMG LPK was good to go.

We don't make a Stainless Steel LPK

Who is selling one?

Anyone know who makes the SS LPK rguns.net (the one AIM sells) has? I have one and most of the pieces(not the SS pieces) have little number 1's and 2's on them but look well made, maybe I can get some pic's if my camera is good enough.

I saw one advertised someplace online tonight. Can't remember whose it was. It was who ever comes up on the large banner next to the "Bushmaster-Trijicon-Armalite-LaRue" sponsor on the top of the page. The ad is yellow and black. That is all I remember of it. They had the SS LPK's

I guess I'll just have to wait for CMMG LPKs to come back in stock...

Here are some pic's of the SS LPK AIM is selling, it's made(or sold by Rguns.net).

With all that stainless you would think there would be galling at the hammer/trigger interface with there is the most pressure.

We'll see, it's going in a POF -415 lower in a couple weeks to finish my Recce build. After a few hundred rounds I'll remove the FCG and inspect and take more pic's.

It's defiantly not pure stainless because the parts are magnetic and can be picked up with a magnet, stainless is not magnetic at all. This is how we tell the difference in our stainless parts at work after they get painted.

As far as I know, the magnetic properties of stainless steel vary according to its type.  I'm not sure what you mean by "pure" stainless.  Stainless steel can range from nonmagnetic to slightly magnetic to magnetic and some types may become magnetic after working.  I believe chromium content allows for magnetism whereas nickel content inhibits it.
