| Anyone know if there is anything I can do to cover up a small scratch on my lower receiver? |
|
One of my old rifles had quite a few scratches so I decided to make it look a little nicer. I just used a marks a lot black marker to color in the scratches and rubbed it my finger immediately afterwards and then some gun oil to help blend it in..looks much better than before |

Birchwood Casey Aluminum black That's good stuff. Only works with Aluminum. Doesn't work with steel. Make sure the item is clean before application. I also use a hair dryer to heat the item up beforehand. That helps the chemical reaction a bit. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |
