i want and a3 14.5 inch upper. stuck between cmmg and lmt. opinions please.......and i know wait time is long on both

I'd go with the LMT. With CMMG you chance getting the wrong barrel length. I ordered a 14.5 in the spring of 08 & I received a 14.7. CMMG refused to admit that they had sent me the wrong upper after I sent it back & they still charged me the re-stock fee. CMMG also says that their 14.5s are actually 14.6 & their 14.7s are actually 14.8.

They make good gear but have questionable ethics.

Now if LMT would make one with a perm phantom and a 14,7 with Bird cage

is it hard to have a supressor welded and pinned after i get it comply with nfa rules on a 14.5 lmt?
