My local dealer has a S&W M&P14 its has, 16inch flat top upper with Magpul MOE handguards and the new Mapul MBUS Magpul MOE stock, MIAD grip and of course a P-MAG. I can get it out the door for 1,405 cash. So is it worth it, its lite and handles like a dream. But is the price too high, would I be better off waiting? |

I put No - because I would not buy it. - If you wanted to build that rifle it would be hard to find the parts right now.
But you could spend a little more and get a Colt or something like this Daniel Defense M4 |

Thanks for the replies guys. I actually did talk him down to that price he wanted 1,499 before tax, but I got him to 1,405 if i paid cash. But the price still seems a little high, I figure I might get a .22 set up next so I can shoot my AR and not break the bank. |

Probably $1000. |

Quoted:
M&P = $1100 MIAD = $35 MOE stock = $65 MOE handguards = $60 Magpul rear BUIS = $60 PMAG = $20 Total = $1340 Given the market, the fact that it's a local shop, and possible sales tax, I'd say $1405 is GTG. That's what I was thinking. I've seen them go for alot more. |
