Here is my M4. It’s been a long time coming. I’ve had to work a lot of overtime to get this together.

The sling is a two point UTG tactical sling. I believe it’s actually for paintball but I find it really comfortable, seems durable and easy to use compared to the other slings that I have tried.

Good looking barrel too - looks like an honest 16. Is the 2" FH stock Colt or did you shorten / add?

It’s 14.5 inch barrel with a factory flash hider. It’s an SBR. It seemed like it took forever to get my tax stamp. It was worth it.

I’ll probably end up getting a BIUS but I want to fix the trigger first. I was thinking of putting in a RRA two stage trigger.

Question:
Should I modify the stock trigger to make the trigger pull less or drop in another trigger like a RRA two stage?

I've had mixed results with RRA triggers. One of them is running great and the other took a dump after a few hundred rounds and lost the second stage. Sadly, I'm not the only one.

Is this a range gun or a defensive weapon? If defensive, I'd either leave it stock (it will smooth out with use) or send it to Bill Springfield for cleanup http://www.triggerwork.net/ Bill's rates are reasonable and his work is excellent.
