I hope you have patience! Any rifle you order now will be 6+ months from most mfg. Check the industry forum though.

That is what i was afraid of that so i will have to use the old M1garand in the club matches im tired of the 30-06 sholder after 50 to 60 rounds. thank you for the reply .

I've heard a year or more from RRA, they were already behind before the election. Now they are completely buried.!

I'd say keep checking gunshops while you wait and you might find one or something
comparable and otherwise forget about it for awhile. Then someday you'll get a surprise
notice that you have a new RRA showing up. Thats what happened after I ordered some 30rd
mags and months later when the the UPS truck showed up I had no idea what was in the box.

ya it will be a minuet. here is a thread to watch about what delivery times are. best way is to see a guy get a similar setup and get his order number to compare to yours. it will drive you nuts though. best thing is to forget about it (do not forget you are going to have to pay for it when it ships), and the tan santa in short shorts and brown truck will come. rra is worth the wate. imho

On a side note, can I ask why you chose an A4 instead of an A2 for service rifle competition?  You will like the NM.  Just wait it out.  Everything is tight, solid, and heavy.   I still need to get the lead weight for the butt stock.
(I got my NM in 6 weeks, but that was a year and half ago.  I would hate to see how long they take now)

However long it takes will be worth the wait. Your new Rock River AR is a pretty damn nice rig I've always had excellent luck with my RRA builds.

With the 1/2" clicks.   But to save a year long wait it would probably be worth it buy it now and just replace those with 1/4".

i would go with pkfirearms to avoid the painfully long wait of uncertainy.  Before you give RRA ur money its at max of 16 weeks lead time, once they have ur money its 22 weeks - whenever they feel like sending u ur gun. o and dont forget it is completely useless to call and ask about your order. Once you finally get the gun it is badass and you will forget about all the time you waited
