Not the lightest but simple and smooth.
Troy 10" over a 7" carbine gas system
Magpul ladders
Vltor light mount
Surefire G2 LED
YHM Flip up sights
Magpul enhanced trigger guard
Houge grip
Cheapo vert grip
and the el'cheapo MWG 90 round drum. Functions well but is awkward as hell to shoot right handed.
The wait time on the tactical infant was 9mo in case you were curious. It arrived 4mo ago.

Nice set up but no rifle ever seems to be done.

There is always some new thing that comes out and then something gets changed.

Or left over parts tend to turn into new project rifles.

Cute kid.  Nice gun.

The ONLY thing that bummed me out when I saw that was that you have a carbine length gas system instead of a middy.  With the 10 inch troys you coulda used a midlength gas system.    STILL that's one HELL of a nice set up.  REALLY like it.

Very nice.
But those flip-ups just beg for an optic of some type.

It's only finished because I am trying to fund a SBR build right now It was just a regular carbine length AR when i got it. and I really did not (still kinda don't) understand the difference between the mid-length and carbine length gas systems, but I preferred the middy because of the increased distance between the front and rear sight. Isn't 10" considered specter class?

he is talking about the gas system not the site length.

the gas tube on the carbine is 7in long and a middly is 9 in long.
The longer gas tube shoots more softly and has less pressure but longer dwell and is better
for the shooter and the Bolt Carrier Group.

And if it has a regular front site longer site length also.

+1 for a new flashhider,Maybe also a CTR or VLTOR Mod stock, Could use and Aimpoint also.

Never done.

Did I mention a sling too.

Now why would they take him away? Because there is a silly little non functioning airsoft rifle in the pic?
I don't own a gun mine were lost in the great Mississippi river during my trip down here from Tennessee!!

Nice rifle!

However, you must not be FULLY ASSIMILATED yet, because otherwise you wouldn't be able to use that word "DUNN" , or whatever it is, without bashing your head into your keyboard until you blacked out.
