i am looking for a good 2 point sling and am stuck between s trot ind., vickers or a viking tact. are these good choices and which one?

You should take a serious look at Boonie Packer slings. They are the originator of the "tactical 2 point" and are the best value on the market. The 2P and the 2P-TQA are my favorites.

I really like the Vickers VCAS. Get the regular one, the padded version is a bit long for a carbine. If you order from Blue Force Gear give them a call, they can sew in QD points, mash hooks, or whatever you want.
