[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Hammer/trigger pins Mod 6700

Hi, I searched as best I could, but can't find a definitive answer. The Colt Target Competition HBar, Mod 6700, has what size of control pins???? .156" or .176" Ie. mil spec or Colt "commercial".

Also what kind of front take down pin. The picture shows that goofy one with the slot on the left side and the mil push pin on the right.

Thanks for any assistance! I've got one I want to buy. I don't really need most of the gun, so I don't want to lay out a bunch of money strickly for the lower and find out it's not what I want.

I don't know the answer, but I was able to get the answer to a similar question from Colt Customer Service. I called them and provided the model and serial number of the gun, and they were able to tell me the size of the pins.

My Colt MT6700 has the large FCG pins and the standard size front and rear takedown pins.

ETA...front takedown pin is the standard push pin.
