The short answer is yes.
The change is very easy with the right tools and they dont cost much.
I spent a lot more for tooling making Fn fals.

I use a variety of punches for the FSP and then the DPMS upper reciever block. I also use this wrench which works really well over numerous barrel changes.

OP, to do the job correctly, with out taking a risk of damaging your rifles components, especially at a time where parts are few and far between, buy the correct tools for the correct job.
