anyone use them or know how good/bad
they are? they have a few products I am interested in picking up - |
Well, I've heard alot of bad things about them but I have used them in the past with for the most part success. Unfortunately, with my last order they didn't inform me of an item backorder and I guess they don't backorder at all so I wish there was better communication there. Also I ordered a Arms 40 and instead got the Arms 40L. Again had to call and found out that they ran out of the 40 and therefore shipped out the one I got. I also like the 40L so decided to keep it however there is a price difference so I am waiting to here back from them concerning my credit but still no response to my email. Prior to this order, I had no problems with them. 
Conclusion: They do have great prices and large selection but if you don't have the stomach for customer service issues "sometimes" then they maybe won't work well for you. |

| Are you talking about Botach-tactical. If so, My vote is they suck. Took them over two months just to tell me the stuff I wanted was still backordered. Not to mention that I called before I placed the order and they said since it was straight from the Manf. that it was in stock. Also good luck getting them to answer the phone. Normally they will transfer you around until you get tired and hang up. |
I made the mistake of trying them once, and that was such a deplorable experience, I would never consider ordering from them again. If they had Pmags for $5 and LPK's for $40, in stock with "guaranteed", free overnight shipping, I'd still wait two months and pay $15 and $75 just to avoid using them. Horrendous!

| I've ordered twice from them and have had mixed results. Good prices, yet half my stuff was out of stock and their web page does not update itself to say that, and other things.. Customer service is less than stellar. Very mixed feelings about them, mostly negative. |
| I have used them, but won't ever again. Very poor customer service. I order 15 PMags from them in mid November, and was sent an email Christmas eve that they were canceling all backorders. So now I am on a waiting list from another company that allows backorders, but lost over a month in the experience. |

Read through this. It's their locked industry forum here. I believe it's their second chance, as it's not the first time such has happened. How bad do you have to be to get your entire forum locked?

Their problems extend WAY beyond item's being out of stock. Let me put it this way. I was able to show my house, go under contract, negotiate, find a new house, close on the sale, move in to the new place in less time than it took them to fix their F*ck Up. They had a few weeks lead on both sides too! Multiple emails and phone calls, with abolutely assinine business sense. I'm getting irritated just thinking about it. I'm sure they "get it right" sometimes... So could a monkey. It's the amount of time they get it wrong and how they (don't) go out of their way to correct their own mistakes. Order at your own risk....
