I'm pretty new to AR's and have a question about this. I did some searches and didn't find anything.

I have a Bushmaster 20" H-bar and was looking to buy a new upper with a shorter barrel and maybe convert it to 7.62. I was checking out Del-ton and they have  an AR-15 7.62x39 16" Pre-Ban Flat Top Barrel Assembly for about 440$.

Would I be able to just put this on my Bushmaster lower without doing any other changes? Does wilson arms make good barrels?

Yes.  But you'll need new magazines.
