[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Different BCGs?

I'm just curious as to what the difference between an S/A and an F/A BCG.

EDIT:

While staring at the options on LMT's website, I think I may have just overthought it and realized that it could be semi-auto and full-auto...which makes the most sense i guess...but I don't really know.
