[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Capco upper?

I purchased a "like new" A2 5.56 Nato 20in crome lined complete upper marker P on the barrel and P with a splintered A on the upper reciever. I believe it is a Capco, anyone have any ideas? Paid $500, fair price? Anybody know much about capco uppers or where I can find more info?
