Dont worry about the flag its not on the ground. I thought the American Flag with the all American rifle was a fitting touch.

Tell me what you guys think.

Congrats on your first AR . I had a 20" Model 1 Sales upper a while back.  Nice reliable upper. Is that the 14.5" barrel and permanent flash suppressor?

Haha, I know. Does anyone recommend a cheap red dot. I dont have a lot of money so as much as I would like to, no Eotech or Aimpoint for me. And yes its a 14.5 inch barrel with a permanent flash suppressor. It kinda sucks because now I cant change the front sights. O well.

You can cut the front sight off and add a front BUIS on a rail. Just keep the gas port part

Wow dude, what a waste of money. Didn't you see the chart?
Just kidding. I'm looking to order a 20 inch varmit kit from them sometime soon. looks nice, don't drink the kool-aid!

Nice. How long did you have to wait to get that upper? My brother is on a really long waiting list over at Del-Ton for his upper. As for the sight, look at the sightmark red dots. They are not the best but they have proven to be reliable enough. They are $60. Remember, you get what you pay for but this will work as long as you need it while you save up for an EOTech.
