ok, so i just bought my first aimpoint, a comp ml3 and a larue lt-150 mount for it.  the mount is of the ring variety.  so i've screwed the mount back together around the aimpoint and there is still some front to back and side to side movement.  is this normal?  should i open it back up and put something like a piece of felt in to make it a tighter fit?   any advice would be appreciated.

Look at your cards included with your mount. You must tighten the four screws in a certain order to ensure the tightest fit. No, wiggle is not normal.

when i ran an aimpoint there was ZERO wiggle what so ever.  like mentioned, read the instructions from larue carfeully and you will be peachy.

Hmm, something doesn't sound right there.  Is it a real Aimpoint?

i figured it out.  i'm an idiot.  i had the screws on the wrong side and they weren't making enough contact with the threads.  thanks y'all.  no more wiggle.
