At the local fun-shop, I encountered a Bushmaster Gas-Piston upper on a DPMS lower. Everything was assembled nice and tight, finish matched and no wiggles or rattles. Price was 1400. In this crazy day and age, how does this compare? I have not seen many for sale on the EE or anywhere else. Just wanting some opinions.
Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Edit- this was a brand new, unfired weapon with an A2 stock.
Second Edit- My gut says to jump on it with both feet. If I cannot rustle up the funds, I will tell where it is if anyone is interested. And price was just at 1400, not 1300.

I have a bushmaster gas piston rifle.  Have a few hundred rounds through it, no issues.  Shoots just as accurate as a regular DI AR.  No signs of wear from "carrier tilt".  I paid around $1500 for mine, which is kinda high, but piston AR's tend to be marked higher.  IMO its not a bad rifle.
