Whats the best way to swap out the extractor spring? Seems to be in there pretty snug.

Pull hard... Then push the new one in hard... Slight twisting motion may help. To expand a bit on the above: Once you have the extractor spring started by rotating it in the direction of the coil, flip the whole thing over and press it down against a hard flat surface. You should hear or feel a slight “snap”. Now the extractor spring is properly seated in the extractor spring pocket. |
