Anyone else have this problem with the FSB?  Is this a common issue with the AR or CMMG?

I just received my Troy BUIS and once I mounted it, seems like the FSB is canted...

I'm assuming it's not the Troy BUIS.

I am having the same problem with my dpms and I also have a Troy rear sight I am assuming the same and will be sending it back for them to check out, is this really that common of a problem?

check that tee rear sight is not leaning, which would indicate a rail out of spec, or the sight itself is out of spec. I had a Bushmaster upper once that was not machines to the right dimensions, and any and all rear sights would lean causing a need for excessive windage adjustments. Those rear sights checked out normal on other uppers.

CONTACT MANUFACTURER, and they'll square it away.  It's not an unheard of problem, and if you're not the impatient type to FIY it with a mallet, then this is the way to go.

I just had to send my new S&W M&P15 back because of the same problem.  Seems to be a common issue for the AR platform.

I have had this problem on FF rail front ends... especially the ones from MI - nothing against their product - but they time off of the barrel nut and any small burrs will cant the rail and correspondingly the front sight. can drive you nuts. They make a tool too time the rail to the upper flat top but I use a detach carry handle with decent success.
