I would like a complete flat top upper with a 16" chrome lined barrel, m4 feed ramps, mid lenth gas system, and preferably a 1/8 twist, but 1/7 is ok too.
is cmmg gonna be the cheapest decent option?

I was just on their site. 1:7 in M4 barrel config only. Mid-length an 20" barrels are only offered in 1:9.
