I'm not sure what happened but plain to see why this thread has been bumped with Stickman posting up more often. Love it! pic thread, 14.5 BCM KMR w/ kag, BCM BCG, BCM medium CH, B5 stock, BCM Lower, Larue MBT2, Griffin RECCE 5K, Trijicon Credo 1-6 on AD 1.75" mount (gets laser sometimes), surefire mini, Troy backups (sorry not sorry I like them), Magpul sling. Needs more paint.

Decided to grab a BCM lower to go with my 11.5 BFH FSP upper. She's now a complete BCM setup! The 3 day turnaround on the e-file form 1 was nice...picked up the lower from my FFL on a Friday and submitted the F1 as soon as I got back to my desk. It was approved early afternoon on Monday. There is no better time than NOW, unless you're banking on the NFA going byebye...

Don't know why I never posted it here, but here is the BCM keymod RECCE I won from the ARF give-away this year. I'm over 1k rounds, it's been extremely reliable and accurate. Until I can afford a better LPVO, the Sig has been fine, albeit a bit heavy. Thanks again AR15.COM!  Attached File |

I know my builds aren't everyone's cup of tea, but there's a lotta BCM on this in-progress, (nearly) all-WI build  Parts List BCM Raider M13 rail BCM FSB BCM stock, pistol grip, vertical grip, m-lok covers BCM Blem upper Griffin MK2 Lower ADM A5 length Buffer tube Griffin 2 Stage trigger, 55 degree safety Vortex Spitfire 5x Prism scope MI QD picatinny bi-pod mount Criterion Core 18" bbl BT10 Atlas Bipod Bipod, adjustable .625" gas block, carry handle -> picatinny mount, and picatinny rail covers are the only parts I couldn't find from WI companies -- if you know of any, drop me a line. (I bolded the gas block because .625" GBs are available and adjustable .750 GBs are available, just not one which is both.) I highly over-documented this in a post in "Build it Yourself" here: Made in WI Build and WI Parts Review. (As of now, it is still a work in progress, but with lots of progress.) There's a few place placeholder parts from the parts bin on there (muzzle device, BCG, buffer, action spring, receiver end plate, castle nut, springs/detents, takedown & pivot pins) that are waiting to be replaced with WI parts (from: Griffin, Griffin, BCM, Griffin, MI, MI, MI, MI; respectively) as I get 'em. Irons are currently functional out to 400 yards, but the picatinny rail will be cut to make them fully adjustable. |

Took the LPVO off. For its role it just made it feel kinda sluggish. Plus the Pro/Scalarworks combo has evolved GWOT vibes just like the Mk2 QRF setup. Attached File I still can’t logically explain why I like this rifle so much. |

All still brand new in unopened packaging. FSPs weren’t fashionable at the time so I just sold em cheap on the EE |

Posted this in the Mini thread but I’ll show it here as well. 14.5/11.5 BCM setup. Won this Rifle (Recce14) in the Membership Giveaway about 6 years ago, so thanks to all the Mods and Site Staff who put that together every year; I still have and shoot the shit out of it! Both Uppers run YHM suppressor gas blocks, which I can strongly recommend as a no fuss, no BS solution to BCMs overgassed barrels. Attached File |
