How about some pics of optic mounted on handguard with a fixed carry handle. Trying to decide my best options.

seriously, how about a straight answer or just dont reply at all. I have looked at a lot of the pics, but have yet to see anything.

Most folks find that a handguard is not the best place to mount an optic. Maybe with a rigid freefloat it would be alright, but no the first choice.

I'm not too fond of scopes on the carry handle, but the Aimpoint Micro works just fine mounted there (ARMS #2 mount):
