Some of the compact 2x ACOGs might qualify.

I'd suggest a used Aimpoint M2/M68 w/ Larue Po-Boy as the best my suggested solution.

Aimpoint makes one.  It is a model 9000, IIRC.

Aimpoint does.

But it sucketh (field of view wise).

Your best bet is a standard Aimpoint with a flip up 3x Magnifier.

Red dot with a screw on 2X doubler

Might take a look at this one.

I haven't looked through one so I can't say anything about it.

I made one.

I had a NV 3x magnifier lying around and was bored. The front for the Aimpoint is already threaded for the kill flash. With a brass adapter made up by a machinist friend, the optics fit together nicely. The field of view isn't very wide, but it does work. Looks good too.
