Is anyone familiar with the Sabre Defence line of AR's? If so, what are the thoughts on them?
Thanks |

If you see one, get it.
Not too long ago I decided I was going to buy another AR, and I had made up my mind it was going to be a Colt LE6920. I called around to see what was in stock, and 1 shop said they had one. I headed on over, planning to buy it. While holding the Colt, another AR caught my eye on the rack right beside it...it was a new Sabre XR15 flat-top with YHM flip-up front & rear sights. After handling/inspecting both rifles (and procrastinating) for about 30 minutes, I put the Colt back on the rack. The Sabre just felt better in my hands, and was hands-down perfect from front to back, inside and out. I literally chose the Sabre over the Colt LE6920 I had gone there to buy. I walked out with the Sabre and have no regrets. I highly recommend Sabre Defence. |

I own 3 complete Sabre rifles. I use them for competition and for HD. I have owned Colt, RRA, Bushy, LMT, BCM, among some less regarded brands. Sabre have been the most CONSISTANTLY accurate rifles for me, and have run 100% right from the start.
I recommend them highly, and I trust my safety and my home to a Sabre weapon. I don't think there is a better endorsement than that. |
| I have read a lot of good stuff about Sabre, found one at a local shop so I went to take a look at it, with the intent of buying it, but the thing had a polymer lower, didn't like that so I passed on it. Whats the deal with the plastic lower on that particular model? Are they any good? |
