I have an Alcoa cerro forge (KEY HOLE) upper without ramps. Does anybody machine ramps into the upper for a reasonable cost? Thanks.

EDIT: My 11 year old and I are building his first BR and just received his 14.5" YHM Threaded and Fluted barrel(Looks Great and I'm jealous) along with the FH which will be pinned. The YHM barrel extension has M4 cuts and his upper does'nt. Should I just sell the upper on the EE and order another, or breakout the dremel?

I don't know if they'll alter an upper receiver to match an M4-ramped barrel extension (since it isn't listed in their shop services section), but Adco Firearms offers the service of grinding a barrel extension to match a M4-ramped upper receiver for $15.  You might want to email Adco about it.

CMMG offers this service.  There was a thread (which I can't find) where someone posted before/after pics.  Looked pretty good.  If I remember correctly, it might have been $30 (???)  I'd check with CMMG to be sure, though.

why do you feel you need the ramps? have you been experiencing a lot of fail to feed with hollow-point or soft-point ammo?

what kind of barrel are you using? why do you feel that you need M4 CUTS in your upper?

the best solution would be to sell the upper on the EE where you can recoup most of the cost, and then use the money you would have spent having yours CUT to get a brand new upper with the cuts done prior to anodizing...

All M4 "cuts" "ramps" are not created equal.

weak ass ramps (why even bother)

Take it Deep.  Got our the dremel & a pink chainsaw stone, some wd40, took my time & polished out some weak ass M4cuts on brand spankin new upper from DTI.
Now the 10.5" is a pig.
