alright guys since my stag doesnt have a heavy buffer and has more recoil then anyother AR i've fired which buffer and spring setup should I swap out to? thanks!

Use the heaviest spring and buffer that is reliable.  If you are notaffraid of spending money get an Enidine or MGI buffer.  Get a Wolff or Tubb spring.

My vote goes to a 9mm buffer and your existing spring (provided it isn't due to be replaced). It's what I use and I love it!

Ditto.  I run a RRA 9mm buffer in both my STAG crabine and my RRA middy.  Cycles fine and never had a hick up with them.

Speaking for myself and AR #2.  
The 9MM buffer cuts down on felt recoil and allows for faster follow up shots.

My STAG spring does just fine with the 9mm buffer.
