Been pondering an AR for a while, and I've looked at many off the rack rigs, mainly RRA & DPMS, but I'd like to get some feedback on this setup:
Remington/Bushmaster - R15 CR w/c-stock.
18" barrel with Burris 1x-4x tactical with FastFire.
I'm looking for a coyote buster / play gun. I plan to stay within 300 yrds. No long range target stuff.
Any thoughts?

i wouldnt go 18", just free float the barrell and youll be fine

Well, I like the 20" barrel. 24" too long, 16" too short. Remington offers the R-15 in either 18" or 22", and I prefer the shorter of the two.
