AR15A3 Tactical Carbine.
16" 1/9 M4 profile barrel.
Bayo lug.
A2 Flash suppressor.
Cut in the upper for sear clearance.
M4 upper, not T-marked, but with a 4 over the cloverleaf.
F-marked front sight base.
Big Colt sear block.
Carbine handguards, not M4.
Milspec buffer, factory staked to the plate.

If someone got the FSB off, they left no marks.
So what is it?

Really low serial number BD00045x.
Perhaps a mixmaster?

I would say a late model lower as newer rifles dont have the block just not machined, telestock staked tube with newer stock..93 0r before tha ban..upper is more current and seems to have factory feed ramps and M4 extension on the barrel crush wsher used instead of peel washers...could be a factory upper on a late model lower.

It looks to me like a model AR6721 lower with a LE6922 M4 upper.

LE6922 are identical to the LE6921 Law Enforcement carbine (1/7 twist) except the barrel twist are 1/9.
