Just got a new A2 stock which has a plastic buffer tube. Torque specs. say around 37lbs.
So is the plastic tube able to stand that much torque?

IIRC not even the airsoft have plastic tubes!

Some can look somewhat like plastic, but a quick tap with a metal object will tell you. Never even heard of a plastic tube...

If it's an A2 stock why are you asking about the Castle Nut torque - as that is for the adjustable stock.

The Rifle Receiver Extension is what you need for an A2 stock.
