I know that for awhile that the chrome DPMS BCG's were basically crap, but have they gotten any better recently? I searched and found a bunch of no go reviews about them being done poorly and having almost a "file" type surface, but most of these posts were from months if not years ago.

In summary are DPMS chrome BCG's good to go?

There are better quality chrome bolts out there for about the same price.

Check out Young. No reason to use a DPMS part if you don't have to.

They are all test fired before hand so at least they work...

The main issue is that the chrome tends to flake off over time.

Just ordered my Young BCG. Thanks for keeping me away from the crap out there. If they cant make a product properly they shouldn't be allowed to sell it.
