He was trying to be helpful, sending a real grip might fall into the legal side so if he ships you an "airsoft" grip (thats still the real grip) he might be good to ship it. Some places have legal issues on shipping certain parts, specially overseas. You'd be lucky if he sent you anything at all now for jumping on him
