No, they are for sale here regularly.

Sometimes hard to find in person.

And sometimes when you do, they want exorbitant prices.

As long as you're not a felon, covicted of domestic violence, mentally defective or otherwise prohibited from owning a firearm then you can own one. The LE portion of the 6920 model name does not prohibit a civ from buying one.
