I'm curious as to why your rifle jammed?

Anyway, I've been running a Denny's Operator barrel + standard CMT BCG and its been running like a champ!

New stiff rilfe than it ran like a machine..id say normal.

I got the upper this afternoon, slapped it on one of my lowers and went to "break her in". Lots of CLP...I had 120 rounds of Prvi M193 in Pmags for the break in...it fired the first round..and it fired the second round...it jammed on the third round, bending the round on the feed ramp. I dumped the mag...got rid of the round...and fired another round...click...FTF...pulled the charging hand back...and that is all she wrote...

She ate the rest of the 115 rounds of Prvi with out issue. She then ate 80 rounds of my 62 gr reloads with out issue. She then ate 120 rounds of Silver Bear without issue. She then ate 120 rounds of lacquered Brown Bear with out issue. Then she ate another 50 rounds of brass cased ammo with out issue...see a pattern here?

I got my EoTech 557 sighted in at 50 yards in 15 rounds...

Great barrel and great service...

I realize the above poster is jerking your chain (see smiley)

But in reality, that is an excellent way to break in and test a new upper. I always start with a few hundred quality rounds, then put a few hundred crappy rounds through it to see if it is reliable with it. If it can handle Wolf and the other low priced ammo, it should be able to handle anything.

I don't think I would be putting anymore low price rounds through a quality upper like that but it is his upper and can put whatever he wants through it. Congratulations on your excellent choice for an upper.
