| I have a RRA Tac Entry and the split pin in the buffer came out about a 16th of an inch and caused it to drag on the spring when charging the rifle. I set it back in and it is now operating fine. Question: Will this continue to happen now that it has happened once? Can you buy the pin by itself or should I just replace the entire buffer assembly? Thanks for your help!!!! |

if you buy a pin get the longer one, 1". Replace the old pin and grind the new one to fit. If you only use a pin thats the exact diameter of the buffer, the end of the pin is rounded over slightly, which will cause it to wear/break. I had to replace a few in my 9mm buffers, the new "custon pins are holding up much better |
