I have a BM XM-15 made in '93, is it considered a pre-ban rifle since it was produced before the 1994 ban?  If so, is it worth any more than other rifles since the ban is no longer in effect?  If I were to sell, where would I get the most for it? Thanks in advance for your knowledgeable input.

If you are looking to milk it for all it's worth, you could sell it to a resident of CT,MA,NY

As a complete rifle & all BM I would pay about $750-850 tops for it. It's a old used rifle. Some are asking & sitting prebans for $1k plus for beat to crap3rd teir shit. Anyone wanting to spend silly money go ahead.

I would be intrested in it if reasonable. It's getting to the poin the pre-ban features are not worth the pre-ban inflated prices.

Oh, BTW, welcome to the board!
