Is it possible for my ar-15 to fire out of battery?

I have never had a problem and I bump at least one mag every time I shoot.

With that said I hear it is possible.

With full auto it is possible that the timeing be wrong therefor the disconect is tripped befor the bolt is fully in battery.

No.  The interaction of the collar on the firing pin and the carrier prevents firing pin from contacting the primer unless the bolt has rotated.  Unless the carrier can move forward in relation to the bolt, the firing pin cannot contact the primer.
