I usually take 2 or 3 rifles with me to the range and I just place them on a table behind me.  I'm usually at the range by myself, but I would like a portable 3 or 4 gun rack so that my stuff isn't just laying around.  I don't think it would be that hard to make but I would like to see some examples before I make mine.  For those of you who have made one, could you share some of the details and pictures.

Thanks!

i've seen a guy at the houston gun show who has a magnetic foam cutout that you can stick to your car and lean your guns against.  pretty smart idea for a small portable cheap way to keep your rifles from tipping over.

Most of the 3-gun matches I'm at guys have a buggy/cart with rifle and shotgun slots on it.  And it has a mag, ammo, and pistol box on the front.  Could be made from a stroller if you're good at that kind of stuff.

Looks like this:

I have seen modified golf bag with wheels like the stroller above set up for 3 gun matches.

The local range owner has one he uses for 3 gun matches.  It does look like maybe it was manufactured for this purpose.  Someone has to be making something for this.

The racks the military use are ok but heavy and not all configurations of AR's fit without jamming them in.
