[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Semi Custom AR, Maybe?

I am really mulling around the idea of geting an upper build around a Shilen 23" 1in10 twist barrel. Any of you fellas that know a lot more about AR's able to tell me if this will or at least should be a great rifle?
