I couldn't have done it without all the help from you great people. I can't begin to tell you how fun this AR is, but then you guys already know.
I got to the range, opened the case and loaded up the clip. My buddy was taking pictures, from a distance (he was just a little concerned it might blow up in my face). I aimed down the iron sights.
50 yards... CRACK! on target.
100 yards... CRACK! bingggg. hits the steel target
150 yards... CRACK! bingggg  hits the steel target again
200 yards, same thing

Light, quick to aim, and more fun that I could have hoped for.

I did not know that ARs used clips in CA. That looks more like a magazine to me.

BTW, nice looking rifles.

jrs93accord, of course it's a clip. Look how small it is. Haven't you ever cut small 'clippings' from a magazine before?

Nice weapons.

That “clip” release button looks like it could use a few turns in.

That's a bullet button release to make the rifle Cali Legal.

You have have to use a tool (bullet tip) to push in the release inside the shroud to release the Mag.

If you think it's fun NOW, just wait until you put an Aimpoint or Eotech in front of that rear sight.

Band-aid-master... that's a, um... oh this is so embarrassing... see, it was a really, really cold day and you know 'things' can shrink in the cold, right?
