Sorry if this has been asked before, I am thinking of getting a cmmg M4 socom 1 in 7 twist 14.5 inch barrel upper (with perm fh), and my question is, what kind of difference would a free floated 4 rail handguard make accuracy wise as opposed to a regular handguard at 100 yards?

If you put pressure on the barrel, as you would when using a tight sling, then you would notice a difference, but not much.
