After you create your post, you should be able to add a poll if you are logged on.
Look up toward the top above the post and below the ads at the top.

LOL! All I see is the Conduct Code button, nothing under it.
I want to create a poll related to a choice of 2 stocks I will purchase.

When you click on this thread (like anyone else would) since it is YOUR thread, the Poll button is right underneath the CoC button (do not try to EDIT your original post)
