since installing a sound suppressor, my AR has become EXTREMELY dirty shooting(along with my face and hands). I was wondering if there is a way to convert to these piston or non-gas blow-back systems you see on the newer guns coming out.

Bushmaster, PWS. Make a DIY system that you can install. LWRC will perform the work on your rifle for a small fee.(about 700$) I think.
