A flash hider is a cone directing flash in such a way the shooter does not see it and get blinded at night.  A flash suppressor diminshes the actual flash and has slots.  People swap the terms just like mag and clip.

ok..so a reverse flash hider increase the flash right?

Or it coould be a flash hider that is couter bored to go back over the barrel of a 16" barrel to make it look like a 11.5" with extended flash hider.  Have not heard "reverse flash hider" used as a term for what is normally called a "flash enhancer" like what is on movie prop guns. Could be either.
