Stupid question but i can't find an answer. If a description of a gun says that it has a A3 style upper receiver and a removable carry handle, does that mean that if you remove the carry handle there is a 1913 picitiny rail under neath?

haha. ok. I'll be more specific. Does anyone know if this DPMS rifle has a 1913 rail under the carry handle?
