[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Questions about handguards???

I am looking to add my 2nd AR and am trying to reach a configuration of handguard and flash hider to the picture below:
Picture from "stretch415"
How do I acheive this. The basis will likely be a StagArms 3H upper.
What type of gas block do I need to fit a freefloat handguard over the top?
Also, is the flashhider on the stag permanently attached?

Looks like troy 13.5'' rail with 13.7" barrel, perm attached Noveske KX3 to bring to legal 16'' (i might be wrong)
i was thinking about doing the same but 13.7'' doesnt give you much of a fragmentation range.
