I don't think stag offers the M4 ramps. Not sure about Del-ton. You might check the website. My stag works fine without them though.

I recently purchased a complete upper from Del-Ton. It came with nicely machined M-4 feed ramps. Mine was a lightweight 16". I was very satisfied with Del-Ton. Highly reccommend them.
