I have a Colt Sporter Target with the neutered bayo lug from the 90s.  I have a 16" upper to go with it, also Colt.

I have an LMT M4 upper on the way, and I am selling my 16" to a guy with a non-pony lower.

I ASSume we are both going to need some sort of conversion pins.

What are they called, who sells em, and how much?

And yes, I realize I should probably already know this.

Thanks

I know CDNN had pins for large hole lower to small hole upper conversion, but I wouldn't know where to find a small hole lower to large hole upper conversion.

Are both holes different, or just the front?

Just the front.

It may not have the larger front pin size. I have 2 Colt Sporter Targets from 93-94 and they both have a standard size (.250) front takedown pin, though they use the double-screw instead of a push pin. Be sure you need the conversion pin before ordering one - measure the size of the hole.
