I just got mine directly from LMT, does your carry handle have the forging mark that is on mine? The sight base is nice and straight on this carry handle but I will say that it isn't as nice as my bushy carry handle that I had on my previous upper; the forging flash on the carry handle is very apparent but it really doesn't bother me at all.

It looks like the rear sight assembly in your picture sits perfectly FLUSH when it's all the way down. Is this becuase it's designed to be used with the "F" marked front sight base?

Sights should come from the factory bottoming out on 6/3. Many of us will adjust it so it will botton out on 6/3-4 or even -6. That give a good 200 yard and 100 yard zero. You can do the same with the 8/3 sight but half the clicks, 8/3-2 and 8/3-3.

Even the ones for the non-F marked sights will be a different height, so they should still bottom out on 6/3 on those.

I just got it a few hours ago so I haven't had a chance to do the imporved battle sight zero to it. I was wondering if anybody else had the "A" (Anchor Harvey) along with a "10" on their carry handle.

I recently emailed LMT & asked if their handle had their logo on it or "A10". They replied that it had the "A10" on it.

I also bought a LMT carrying handle. I bought it from a guy on Gunbroker. It is identical to yours.
